A prime location featuring an extra long driveway which is suitable for multiple cars & boats as the property is situated METRES away from the bay! Newly installed saltwater pool which is perfect for many guests. Only 2 streets away from the boat ramp and hire service as well as The Dell. You'll be able to enjoy picturesque views only an hour out of Melbourne. An amazing place with a private beach that can cater for fishing trips, a family holiday or even a weekend getaway!
