At the end of the corridor, you will arrive in the dining and lounge space where multiple seating options are on offer. The TV (new) is connected to internet and had all the main services (NETFLIX - YOUTUBE etc.) available, you will however have to use your own logins to watch them. Guests will have access to the entire property Seddon is right next to Footscray where there is a massive food market, hospital and also lot of companies and industries. Seddon is just a few kilometers west of the CBD, and literally just 4 stops away from the heart of the CBD using the train. Driving to the CBD will take you around 10 minutes outside peak hours. Seddon train station is a few minutes walk from the house and will take you to the CBD or further west (Werribee line). Rod Laver Arena would be between 30 to 35 minutes using public transports. There is a shed in the garden containing a laundry room and also an additional toilet. The additional toilet a bit rudimentary and therefore not listed as part of the amenities. However it is functional, and can be used.
