You will also have your own private parking. This apartment is very popular, perfect and ideal for guests looking for temporary stay, specifically for those renovating, in between settlement or relocating to Melbourne.

The neighbourhood has a lot to offer. We have a number of great cafes and restaurants (all in walking distance). Some include Toast It (delicious toasties), Dana's Pattisserie (great nutella brownies), Tuckshop by Comma (best steak bagels) and the list goes on. Please refer to the guidebook for more recommendations (under my profile). Other than food, we have Chadstone Shopping Centre, the beach (down the road), parks and some great shopping strips in Bentleigh, Brighton and Hampton - you can't go wrong! I also provide a house manual that includes great local recommendations. You will have your own parking bay in an underground garage. You can also park on the street. There is also a lift in the complex. If you don't have a car, it is a 4 minute walk to Moorabbin station. There is also a bus stop outside of the apartment complex.
