Set on 5 acres of extensive private grounds within a secluded cove with 200m of semi-private beach, this stunning, wonderfully relaxing property offers breathtaking northern views, absolute beach frontage and total privacy. 'Cottonwood Beachfront Estate' is very unique in the way that it offers both a main residence and guest cabana, separated by tropical landscaped gardens and lush, gently rolling manicured lawns. MAIN RESIDENCE: The unique A-frame dwelling offers 3 bedrooms (1x king, 1x queen & 1x bunk bed), 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped & well stocked kitchen and laundry with a large living area opening up onto an expansive deck with outdoor dining, sunlounges and uninterrupted ocean views. GUEST CABANA: With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it's fully airconditioned and self-contained. It has its own private lounge, kitchenette and deck with outside dining area, also offering uninterrupted ocean views. The property also offers a large saltwater swimming pool and private (floodlit) tennis court with basketball ring and extensive boardwalks through the trees. Pool toys, fishing rods and tennis equipment are provided for guest's use. 'Cottonwood Estate' is only a short 10 minute drive from Port Douglas where you will find a fantastic array of wonderful shops, cafes & restaurants. Thala Beach Resort is also just a short stroll away and offers luxury dining and day spa treatments.
