This unit is situated right on the water's edge at the ever popular Kings Beach. Overlook the glorious sand and surf in the comfort of your own unit either sitting on the lounge, cooking in the kitchen or simply sitting with a coffee enjoying the view! This is a view you cannot beat! Culverston offer a beautiful area by the pool to relax and enjoy a family BBQ. You will love the feel of this relaxed, surfside getaway! These garage/s may not be suitable for all car types, please be aware that the height restrictions are 1.8metres Being an older-style complex, Culverston apartment windows can sometimes be susceptible to water leakage during periods of intense wind and rain. This falls under the responsibility of the body corporate, who have been made aware of the situation. We apologize for the inconvenience Linen is included, beds are not made due to the linen hire company used. Each property has a refundable bond which will be charged when your balance is due.
