Set right on the beach, Dorchester On The Beach features self-catering apartments with a private balcony offering lovely ocean views. Guests enjoy a private beach area, free WiFi and an outdoor heated swimming pool. Dorchester On The Beach Apartments are 5 minutes' walk from the Northcliffe Tram Station. The property is 5 minutes’ drive from Jupiters Casino and the popular Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. Gold Coast Airport is a 30-minute drive away. Each of the air-conditioned apartments include a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and a dining area. All offer a living area with a sofa, free cable TV and a DVD player. Free secure covered onsite parking is provided for one car. All apartments have lift access. The tour desk can book tickets to Gold Coast theme parks, including Dreamworld, MovieWorld and Wet 'n' Wild.

The property does not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Period. In particular it does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of guests during this period. For this reason the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period.
