Linen not included. Stepping in the front door of the property, you enter straight into a large and bright lounge room. The lounge features multiple comfortable couches, flat screen TV, DVD/Video player, a bookshelf full of books and a woodfire place to keep you cosy in the evening. On the opposite side of the room, there is an archway through to the kitchen/dining area with windows on three sides making the room a light, inviting hub for the whole family. The kitchen itself comes with a wall oven, separate cooktop, dishwasher, a walk-in pantry and a breakfast bar with seating for four, while the dining table has seating for six. All three bedrooms as well as the family bathroom and laundry come off a central hallway that can be accessed from both the lounge and kitchen. Two bedrooms come with queen beds and built in robes, while the third bedroom has two sets of single bunks and a standing chest of draws. The bathroom features a bath, shower and a separate toilet that can also be accessed via the laundry, which comes with a washing machine and a dryer. The backyard comes fully fenced and features a large grassed area where the children can play, as well as a cubby house. There is also an undercover deck area with gas BBQ and outdoor setting, so the adults can relax while the children play.
