Dromaius 6 is a north-facing three-bedroom, multi-level townhouse that just oozes quality and space. Located within walking distance of the lake and town, with extensive views of both the lake and mountains. The townhouse includes three bedrooms, two with queen beds & the other with 2 sets of single bunks, two bathrooms (one with spa), a stylish modern kitchen with breakfast bar, and a large open plan lounge/ dining area with access to a north-facing balcony with reverses cycle air conditioning. Spectacular views of the lake and mountains can be taken in from the lounge area, kitchen/ dining area, and three separate balconies. A double lock-up garage is perfect for all the toys. Layout: Entry: Double garage, first floor: 1 flight of stairs to 2 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry Second floor: 1 flight of stairs to open kitchen/dining/living and balcony with BBQ Third floor: 1 flight of stairs to master bedroom and ensuite Bedding configuration: Set bedding configuration, cannot be changed.
