The apartment has exceptional views from all windows over the beach lagoon and ocean which includes a sandy beach, island and cave. Guests can relax in comfort on the balcony, or in the lounge with adjustable foot rests from the sofa and chairs. The property boast a large lagoon free of nasties (bugs, sharks etc) where guests can frolic in comfort and safety. There are 3 swimming pools including an 18m indoor heated pool. There is an outdoor covered childrens playground with Pirate Ship as well as water slides into the kiddy pool area with it's own beach. There is a full size gymnasium and large barbecue area with 3 large hotplates. There are separate male and female saunas and steam rooms, including indoor and outdoor spa's The apartment is fully refurbished and the large kitchen area fully fitted out as new. The second bedroom can be fitted out as two single beds or one king size double. An extra bed can be added if required. We are private owners and managers of our apartments which are fully self contained and provide spacious open plan living areas, gourmet kitchens, internal laundries (washer and dryer) and private balconies. Outstanding licensed Thai restaurant onsite.

I have travelled the world extensively for over 40 years working and living in over 140 countries so am fully aware of guests needs from whichever country they come from. As it is usually holiday makers using the facilities I make sure we have everything available to ensure they have the happiest experience possible from the use of our many amenities. The apartment complex (Crown Towers) is situated a 10 minute walk from downtown Surfers Paradise where many activities are available for all ages, as well as a plethora of cafe's, restaurants, bars, pubs and entertainment establishments catering to all ages. The beach on the Esplanade is located 5 minutes walk away, and Surfers Paradise beach a further 5 minutes walk along the stunning beach. The Tram stop is across the road, 1 minute away. From here guests can venture to Brisbane and beyond in the north or to Broadbeach in the South. Buses are available close by for journeys to all areas, and bus and train fares locally are only 50 cents per ride (2025 prices), making journeys around the Gold Coast well within the reach of most travellers. Surfers Paradise and it's environs are a very ecologically clean place. The quality of air is sublime with no pollution ensuring a healthy stay for all.
