We are a fully operational sheep station offering rustic yet very comfortable shearing quarters accomodation to suit singles, couples or families. We do not have disable access facilities at this stage. Shared bathroom facility at the quarters. Each room has its own air-conditioning. Authentic, traditional shearing quarters within walking distance to homestead and private airstrip. We also offer a garden unit which has its own ensuite and is suitable for couples, singles and families. Full station style breakfast daily at the homestead is included.

Directions in finding us here at Evanston Station. Once you get to Ilfracombe: - If coming from Longreach drive through the town of Ilfracombe and just outside you need to turn right down the road towards Isisford. - Once on this road, follow for about 25km - After about 25km you will go through a crossing where two fences meet at the road and you will go through a creek crossing - Once through the creek, you will see a green mailbox on the left-hand side with Evanston written on top - Turn left here and follow our driveway in to the house (about 2km) - We will meet you at the homestead!
