Beautifully positioned in a prime beachfront location, Flametree is a brand new holiday home with spectacular bay views from all living areas and the master suite. Simply walk across the lawn, through the trees and down to the shore, where you will be fishing, swimming or soaking up a very relaxed Down South ambience in no time. As soon as you step through the glass double doors, you’re greeted by a serene aqua blue backdrop that will take your breath away. In the mornings the sunrise will dance on the water and in the evenings the bay is bathed dusky pink as the sun sets. Spacious living areas allow the home to make the most of the natural light. The open plan living, kitchen and dining areas seamlessly integrate with sumptuous leather lounges and a 12 seater dining table, that flows out onto the alfresco. A unique ‘conservatory’ with floor to ceiling glass windows is a stand-out feature. The master suite and additional living room upstairs also enjoy bay views through the Flame tree, where this stunning abode gets its name. The second master and all additional bedrooms are light and bright with built in robes. Holidays with family and friends at Flametree will be perfect. Walk along the beach into town to the myriad of cafes, restaurants and boutique shops; or cycle along the paved coastal path; or it’s less than a 5 minute drive into Dunsborough. The Dunsborough Bay Yacht Club and Boat Ramp are close by. Guests are close to all that Dunsborough, Eagle Bay, Meelup and Bunker Bay along Cape Naturaliste have to offer with stunning coves and beaches. You’re also well located to explore the iconic wineries, restaurants, surf breaks and natural attractions of the Margaret River region.
