Enjoy a peaceful stay in this brand new building. Well equipped kitchen, study, comfortable queen bed, and a gorgeous deck overlooking a native garden. Just down the road from a stunning marine sanctuary one way , and a very short stroll to the mighty Murchison river, shopping Center, and restaurants.
This house is located on a back half of a large block, completely separated from the main dwelling, with your own entry and copious amounts of space to your self.
