Bay Parklands Estate at Nelson Bay is positioned over 5 acres with established gardens and plenty of grassed areas for the kids to play, it is a family friendly complex which offers a communal solar heated swimming pool, indoor communal spa, tennis court with night lights. All this and an easy 200 metre level walk straight to Little Beach which is perfect for children as there is a fantastic children's playground and the water is perfect to swim as it is very calm.   There is also a popular picnic area with BBQ's and toilet facilities, a great restaurant and bar at Little Beach Marina Boathouse. The open plan living area is tiled throughout and opens out to a covered balcony with outdoor dining and BBQ facilities, just a great place to sit back, relax and take in the beautiful views of the park and birdlife. This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay.
