Located an easy 10 minute walk from the main street of Smithton, Guesthouse on Grant Street is a stylish and cosy, self contained unit attached to the main home. It has a separate entry, accessed from the shared carport. The unit consists of a bedroom, loungeroom, bathroom and combined laundry/kitchenette.
Outside is a lovely yard space with a deck, lounge, undercover eating area and a swim spa - the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day touring or working in the area.
