We are the owners of Villa 10 Compass Point - Hamilton Island. Our family have shared wonderful holidays on the island over the years, with many happy memories. We just love the vibe on the Island while enjoying all the activities from relaxing on the beach to diving off the reef or even a night sail to watch the sunset. Many nights are enjoyed on the deck with drink in hand watching the sunset while the BBQ cooks up dinner. We fell in love with the Island from Day 1 and decided to purchase the Villa so that we can pass on the experience to our guests.

COMPASS POINT 10 on Hamilton Island. A palm tree lined driveway leads you to your private golf buggy parking area, where you will be staying at a tropical Island Villa set on the western side of Hamilton Island with spectacular views across to Dent & Plum Pudding Islands. Sitting on the balcony you will enjoy the stunning views and ever-changing skyline from day to beautiful sunsets meaning you won’t want to leave this island home. The property It is located within walking distance or a short buggy drive to the bustling shops of Front Street near the Marina where all the main restaurants and shops are. The resort center is approx. 3-4 minutes by buggy where you have full use of the resort pools during your stay. There is also a free Island shuttle bus that can get you around the Island. Enjoy the fully inclusive VIP meet and greet at the airport or ferry terminal, transferring you to the villa that awaits fully set up to your bedding requirements, including start up amenities items & beach towels for each guest. The valet team will get you set up in our complimentary electric 4-seater golf buggy, so you can enjoy your holiday and take in all Hamilton Island has to offer. DONT PAY EXTRA per day for a buggy, some hotels or apartments do not include, we include ours in one booking price!! You will fall in love with the stunning views from the spacious balcony, that comes furnished with an outdoor dining table and chairs for 8, a BBQ for you to experience the outdoor dining experience. The fully equipped kitchen comes with crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils so you can stay in and cook up an amazing meal, sitting at the 8-seater dining table and added highchair if required with friends or family. Kitchen includes all modern convenience, dishwasher, microwave, and a coffee pod machine, along with all other needs from wine glasses to platters for entertaining out on the balcony. *Booking details form will be sent prior for arrival, bedding & buggy agreement.

We strongly suggest all booking guests download the Hamilton Island App (app or play store) to get you out about when your on the Island. This shows all restaurants, actives on and around the Island for you to book and enjoy, There are also details on the free shuttle bus should you need to get around. At the time of booking your trip with us, it is recommended to book in your day trips activities and dinning bookings at so you will not miss out, as many book well in advance.
