Polished timber floorboards and oversized windows complement an airy and open-plan space that is naturally lit. This dual-level home is situated in a quiet neighbourhood just two minutes from the surf and rock pools.
Head up the short staircase to find a large, vintage-style kitchen showcasing solid marble benchtops and modern appliances. Cook up a storm and dine together around the wooden table seating six, or use this to set up your laptop for work. After meals, an air-conditioned living room beckons—enjoy a cosy couch and an additional arm chair that sit across a flat-screen TV equipped with Chromecast for easy watching. The covered balcony provides the ultimate spot to enjoy your morning coffee with alfresco lounges overlooking the reserve area and blue waters.
Three bedrooms can be found on the lower floor. Upon entry, you’ll find a queen bedroom with sleek bedside tables. Continue to the end of the corridor to find the primary bedroom furnished with a platform queen bed as well as built-in wardrobes for your belongings, while the third bedroom is perfect for children with two single beds. There is also a separate cot mattress available when needed.
Additional amenities include parking onsite for up to three cars, washing machine, board games, and Wi-Fi.

Your ideal position has you located a seven-minute drive from Cowes—the main town—and just a two-minute drive to stunning Smiths Beach.
Watch the Phillip Island Penguin Parade—arguably the most popular activity on this section of the coast—or head to the stunning Cape Woolamai where you can catch some barrels at the Woolamai Surf Beach. Coastal lovers can also enjoy a light-hearted coastal walk that is an 8.3km circuit and offers some striking vistas of dramatic cliffs, sparkling aqua waters and seemingly-endless panoramas. Or head over the bridge to discover Churchill Island and the large colony of fur seals at The Nobbies.
Alternative activities include visiting the MotoGP Track, getting a sugar rush at The Chocolate Factory, lunching at one of the many wineries in the area or visiting the Koala Conservation Centre.
