A flat 300 metre walk to the western end of Shoal Bay beach or 1.1km walk to Little Beach where you will find the calm waters which are perfect for children and a lovely grass area which has fantastic free BBQ facilities.  There is also a play area for the children, boat ramp, Little Beach Boathouse restaurant & Bar and the famous Bites on the Bay fish and chip take away.  Fingal Bay is only a quick 9-minute drive away, Fingal Bay has the surf club and is a patrolled beach. Perfect for a group of up to 7 guests with a maximum of 6 adults, this charming house amply facilitates boat parking and offers a comfortable multi air-conditioned environment and the bonus of a beautiful, enclosed yard which is perfect for children and the fur babies to run around and play. The Jacaranda boasts 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms are located upstairs in the main section of the house and are furnished with lavish air-conditioned split systems, linen and bed making provided. The main bathroom has been renovated and provides a shower, toilet and vanity; this is also located upstairs. The third bedroom is self-contained and located downstairs with external access, it offers a sweet respite after long, adventurous day and is fitted with a kitchenette and TV. Each room is uniquely designed to ensure maximum comfort, accommodating our guests with an array of amenities. The house also comprises of a spacious air-conditioned lounge room where you can unwind with your favourite shows on a big screen Smart TV with free unlimited Wi-Fi also provided. The fully equipped modern kitchen comes with a dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster and K-Fee coffee pod machine, making mealtimes a breeze. For those who enjoy al fresco dining, a gas BBQ setup is found on the undercover lower entertaining area. This property has a 200 Dollar refundable security deposit.

Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighbouring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.
