If you're looking for a studio positioned in a great location, look no further! Our studio is approx. 42m2, so spacious and very private. Being only a few minutes' walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants in Coolangatta and Kirra, it is the perfect location for those wanting a luxury room without the price tag of the big hotels. It's very modern and well equipped, we use luxury bamboo cotton linen, it has a 65" Smart TV, pots, pans, plates and glasses as well as a large fridge. There is also plenty of room to store your surfboards, bikes or anything else you may wish to bring with you!

Keith and I are English and have been living on the Gold Coast for 17 years now, we absolutely love living here. Coolangatta is quieter than the northern beaches, has a relaxed feel with plenty of great bars and restaurants popping up. We love to travel, experiencing cultures and meeting new people. Keith is a Tradie and I work in Human Resources, we also have a part time family member called Molly...she's a little Bishon/Poodle, she's a dear little girl and has brought so much joy to our lives. We live above the studio and respect our guests, we try our best to keep our noise down, however this is our home so you will no doubt hear us moving about as we go about our daily life :) We look forward to welcoming you to our home. We love living here as it’s so close to some of the best beaches on the Gold Coast. - We are within a few minutes' walk to Coolangatta cafes and restaurants, with Kirra beach and its famous surf break also only a few minutes away. - Gold Coast airport is a 5-minute drive away. - No need to take the car out as everything is so close by that you can walk everywhere. - Bus stops just down the road and that goes regularly to Broadbeach and Kingscliff. - Free car parking on our street with no time limit. - Train is 20 minutes North of us with direct services to Brisbane International and Domestic Terminals - You can also hire bikes to ride around, the 8km Oceanway cycle/footpath is now open and that runs all the way from Coolangatta to Currumbin! - Point Danger is only a 15-minute stroll away down the beach path. - So many places to eat and drink, surf clubs, Greek, Italian, Mexican, Asian....take your pick as it's all here.
