How is the property laid out? Kevalier Park is a large double storey home with six bedrooms and four bathrooms. On the ground floor there are double entrance doors that open into a tiled foyer. This level has a formal lounge room, an entertainment room, two dining areas, a gourmet kitchen, and a laundry. There are also two bedrooms on this level - a queen bedroom and a large children's retreat with three single beds and one trundle bed. The upstairs level has four more bedrooms including the master bedroom with private balcony, king bed, walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom. For the other three bedrooms, there is a three-way style bathroom to share. The separate pool area incorporates a swimming pool with bar, a home gym, shower and toilet, and a games room with pool table and table tennis.

The South Coast of NSW stretches from around Wollongong to Bega, on the border with Victoria. More accessible to Sydney is the stretch of coastline from Minnamurra to Gerroa, and including the beautiful inland town of Berry. This is all within an easy 2 hour drive of Sydney. Minnamurra, Bombo and Kiama offer beautiful beaches and waterways, the famous Kiama Blowhole (and harbour), and Kiama itself is a bustling town with patrolled surf beaches, great cafes and restaurants. Gerringong and Gerroa are also beautiful coastal villages with great beaches, spectacular views and plenty on offer, including surf beaches, iconic ocean pools, coastal walks and golf courses. The nearby inland town of Berry is a foodie's paradise and is blessed with beautiful green pastures, sumptuous country retreats, and a stunning escarpment that fringes this whole stretch of coastline.
