You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair). Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided. Kindly expect noise during the day as works are still in progress, with no definite completion date at this time.

BEDROOM: The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has a wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a bath, shower, and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 40" Samsung smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. The TV has access to local channels as well. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The residential garage provides parking space for one car. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building's BBQ Area, and nearby park throughout your stay. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm availability of common areas. Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.

It's an easy stroll to local restaurants, bars and cafes as well as parks. The local area also has two convenience stores, hairdressers, beauticians, florists and a bottle shop. And if you feel like wandering further afield, you can go to Kingston or Manuka Shops. You can also take a wander up to the local Bus Depot Markets on a Sunday.
