We are located in the heart of Caloundra only 250m from Kings Beach. We have spotlessly clean rooms, secure basement parking, heated swimming pool, out door spa and a BBQ area all set in a tropical garden. All apartments have a full private en-suite, a separate toilet and a separate second bathroom combined with equipped laundry. All apartments have a large balcony. Ground floor units have a front and rear courtyard which leads to our secluded pool area with shady umbrellas and deck chairs. There are beautiful ocean views on all the second and third floor apart6ments. The Penthouse Apartments have a roof top patio area exclusive to that apartment and stunning ocean views. Perfect place to see the morning sunrise, relax and watch for whales and ships passing close by.

Kings Beach is patrolled all year around and offers great surfing, safe swimming and a lovely salt water swimming pool. There are several fantastic play grounds and water park for kids. There are amazing rock pools that will entertain the family for hours. We are a two minute drive to Caloundra Bowling Club, tennis courts, skate board park and a 5 min drive to Caloundra Golf Course. Cruises are available up the Pumicestone Passage. Hire your fishing gear locally or bring your own and fish off the beach or boardwalk. Caloundra has a lovely village like shopping Centre on Bulcock Street just a 5 to 10 min walk from Kings Bay Apartments. Further a field is Australia Zoo and Aussie Word entertainment center a short 15 minutes drive and a number of excellent Golf courses.
