Kings Park Motel is nestled between the native bush-land and botanical gardens of Kings Park, Perth's major hospitals, The University of Western Australia and the Subiaco shopping precinct. The motel is 3 km from Perth CBD (Central Business District).

“It was very convenient for us to leave our car there and catch the Cat bus right outside the motel to The Perth Convention Centre to see Cliff Richard’s Show. It was only a 7 min ride. Didn’t have to worry about traffic congestion!”
