Kingsland is a charming farm guest house conveniently located halfway between Berry and Shoalhaven Heads. Surrounded by picturesque paddocks with rehabilitating horses, the property offers a peaceful and relaxing retreat. Please note that guests are kindly requested not to approach, pat, or feed the horses. The house features four bedrooms, two beautifully renovated bathrooms, and a recently updated kitchen that opens to a spacious undercover outdoor area. The L-shaped lounge and dining area provides a cozy space for guests to gather and enjoy each other's company. Kingsland is also pet-friendly, with dogs permitted to sleep in the laundry, and it comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults and 2 children. Just a 5-minute drive to the historic town of Berry and the stunning Seven Mile Beach, Kingsland is ideally situated for exploring the South Coast. It’s also a great place to stay if you're attending a wedding at one of the nearby venues. Please note that linen is not included—Doonas and pillows (both with covers) are provided, but guests will need to bring their own sheets and towels.
