Located opposite Kinka Beach on the scenic highway between Yeppoon and Emu Park in the middle of the spectacular Capricorn Coast. Our recently refurbished motel has family, queen and twin rooms. All with self-contained kitchens, modern bathrooms, smart TV's, air conditioning and free WIFI. Our pool area is perfect for the kids to play in or the adults to meet up for a BBQ and sun downers. There is parking for your boat, tinny or jet ski.
Lou and Jeremy have lived on the Capricorn Coast long enough to be considered locals. They have a passion for fishing and island hopping around the beautiful Southern Great Barrier Reef. They can offer local knowledge and expertise on this magnificent region and what it has to offer.
We are conveniently located on the Scenic Highway between Yeppoon and Emu Park opposite Kinka Beach. The daily ferries to the spectacular Keppel Islands are 4 kms away, in the Keppel Bay Marina. Departing from here are sailing cruises, whale watching, diving adventures, along with a restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For your ease Yeppoon and Emu Park are a short drive from the motel, with supermarkets, butchers, bakers, restaurants , cafes and pubs. The Rockhampton airport is 45kms away and we are on the main bus route from Rockhampton to Yeppoon and Emu Park. Reception hours are: 8am – 6pm Check out: 10am Check in: After 2pm. If check in is required after 6pm the key will be in a lock box located near the office and the code will be sent via SMS. An extra cleaning/damage fee will be charged to the credit card held if required.
