This unique hilltop property has stunning views and wildlife. It is located centrally to the Dandenong Ranges, Gumbuya World, Mornington Peninsula, Gippsland, Westfield Fountaingate, and much more. We are situated on 18 acres of bushland, and you can feed the friendly kookaburras and parrots morning and night. Glenn and I live on the property, and can provide local knowledge and recommendations. We are sociable and willing to chat, but we also respect your privacy, and can mostly keep out of your way if you prefer! I am a Natural Therapist, and can provide treatments if you'd like. I offer Reiki, Relaxation Massage, Bowen Therapy, Emotional Healing, Sound Healing and Ear Candling. There is another therapist available for visits who provides Breathwork Therapy. I also have a small shop on the property, selling crystals, jewellery and stones if you're interesed in having a browse. There are lovely bushwalks on and around our property, including the Cardinia Aqueduct Trail. We have supermarkets, Post Office, Railway Stations, Restaurants, etc. within a short drive. We supply some foods for you to make a light breakfast of cereal, toast/spreads, fruit, tea, coffee, etc. In winter, we have a wood heater for your enjoyment and warmth. We have a treasure-chest of board games, playing cards, jigsaw puzzles, etc. If you like to cook, we have a large, modern, fully-equipped kitchen. The guest bathroom is newly renovated. There are two decks for eating and sitting if you choose. We only take bookings for one group at a time, so you will never have to share with other guests. We look forward to welcoming you!

We are located in a secluded area of bush, whilst being only 3km from the local shops, restaurants, etc. The property is also centrally located within a convenient distance to many attractions and places of interest. We can advise on places to go and things to do, if you'd like. It's a short walk to the popular, Cardinia Aqueduct walking trail, and to the Hilltop Nature Reserve. We offer the best of both worlds, with quiet, secluded environment, within a short drive to tourist destinations, shopping, activities and amenities. Please note that the property is situated on an unsealed road.
