We were so impressed with KooralBnB we bought the property! A beautiful 3-bedroom cottage in a rural, resort-style setting we have added touches to ensure your stay is relaxing, comfortable, homely, and secluded. Set on two and a half acres with a panoramic outlook over the Magician’s Lake, the property affords exquisite tranquility and privacy. We live in the main house; far enough not to be intrusive, and close enough if you want to drop by for a chat. The Kooralbyn Valley is teaming with wildlife, and you can regularly see eagles soar or hear the occasional dingo in the distance. The local pub is within walking distance across the renowned 18-hole Copperhead Challenge Golf Course. The quaint village centre boasts essential amenities including a small supermarket, the Copperhead Café, and Phlat Chat for some great takeaway food. Uniquely Kooralbyn also has its own airstrip if you feel like flying in for the weekend. With reverse cycle systems KooralBnB is cool on the warmer days and warm on those fresher evenings of winter. The amenities also include a spa room with heated spa, sauna, and exercise facilities. It’s a great way to unwind! We look forward to having you stay.

KooralBnB can host up to 6 adults in its 3 double or queen sized bedrooms. Please note for convenience that if you book for 2 guests we provide the master bedroom with ensuite, with sole occupancy, and close off the other 2 rooms. If there are up to 4 guests this appears as 2 bedrooms. Therefore if you want all 3 bedrooms please book for either 5 or 6 guests. The pricing actually relates to rooms required rather than numbers of guests staying, with a maximum of 2 adults per room. We are very happy to provide further clarification if you're not sure. KooralBnB itself is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with no through traffic and a secluded neighbourhood. Perfect for taking walks; sitting on the balcony watching the wildlife, sunrises and sunsets; or simply, selfishly enjoying the peace and tranquility of your own rural resort.
