Cute cottage near our main house with a country themed bedroom, bathroom and retro themed living room with kitchenette set on 13 acres of bushland. Kangaroos and kookaburas are daily visitors on our property and koalas and echinadas are often spotted. Relax in your outside woodfired Japanese soaking bath, have a game of tennis, swim in the pool, have a picnic in the bush, a campfire under the stars (no street lights!), walk the trails in and around the property, sip wine under the vines. In short... De-stress!!!

Welcome! We are Nelly and Geoff, in our late 50's, have travelled extensively throughout Europe and Asia and have been (and still are) very hands-on in improving our property. From maintening the native bushland (invasive plant control), tending to our veggies garden, to chopping fallen branches for the wood-fire tub, there is always plenty to do. We are eco-conscious and 95% of our power comes from solar. We look forward to welcoming you to our little piece of paradise

Set in the beautiful Adelaide Hills, the accomodation is close to the owner's main house. Local Adelaide Hill wineries (sush as beautiful Deviation Road) are only a few minutes away. The villages of Stirling (reknown for its stunning autumn colours), German heritage Handorf and cute Clarendon are all close by. Scott Creek Reserve (with its mines), Belair National Park, Mark Oliphant Reserve, Mount Lofty National Park (with Cleland animal reserve) provide many opportunities for hiking or just strolling. Scenic back roads through the hills will take you to MacLaren Vale wineries in under 30 min. Beaches such as Brighton or Christies Beach are easily accessible.
