No hidden cost for the guest as we provide linens and bath towels, kitchen and bathroom cleaning products. No credit card processing fee.Quick assistance from your family friendly hosts.Suitable for families,business travellers or solo adventurer. Children and guests from all backgrounds are welcome. Short walk to Bus Stop which can directly take you to the city CBD. Just 500m away, there's IGA express supermarket( Open 7 days), Italian restaurant, Pizza/Fish and Chips takeaway and other variety shops. Easy access to Tonkin and Reid HWY. 10 minutes drive to tourist attractions Swan valley and Caversham Wildlife Park, 13 Km to Perth international and domestic Airport, 14 Km to Scarborough beach and Hillary's Boat Harbour. We can speak English,Italian,Chinese and Romanian. Providing high standards of cleanness,well-equiped property,quick & easy assistance for the guests are our priority.
