Short walk to Bus Stop which can directly take you to the city CBD. Just 500m away, there's IGA express supermarket( Open 7 days), Italian restaurant, Pizza/Fish and Chips takeaway and other variety shops. Easy access to Tonkin and Reid HWY. 10 minutes drive to tourist attractions Swan valley and Caversham Wildlife Park, 13 Km to Perth international and domestic Airport, 14 Km to Scarborough beach and Hillary's Boat Harbour. It is a great location from which to explore or settle in Perth.
We have 2 teenage sons who already moved out, our favourite dog ( Name:Leo) living with us. We love travelling,watching movies,tasting all nationality foods,listening music and cooking.
