The Shellharbour Marina Group is a boutique locally based property business led by Director and Licensed Real Estate agent Michelle Mannex that prides itself on providing exceptional client service and experiences.
We manage a number of Holiday Accommodation properties in the local region as well as other businesses in the real estate property field. We have locally based staff (Administration and Property Maintenance) that are able to assist our visiting guests while staying at one of our holiday properties after hours or in an emergency situation.
We have intentionally decided to keep our business small and specialised, so that our dynamic team can focus on our clients. Our relationship with you is built on honesty, continual communication and superior market knowledge. Nestled on Lake Illawarra's shores, this property offers breathtaking water views and direct access to Koona Bay Reserve. With an expansive alfresco entertainment space overlooking a sparkling pool, timber deck, and landscaped gardens, it's an outdoor oasis. Plus, there's a private soccer field for all ages to enjoy. Inside, the open-plan living area seamlessly connects to the outdoors, with bay windows framing the lake views. A second living area upstairs features entertainment options for kids and adults, including a PS5 and Switch. Sleeping up to 8 guests (10 with additional arrangements), the home includes 3 queen beds and 1 double bed, with 2 bathrooms ensuring comfort and privacy. Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a master bedroom with ensuite and a double garage with extra parking. Outdoor activities abound, from fire pits to kayaks, ensuring a memorable stay.

ABOUT YOUR STAY
Linen and towels are provided for all guests and beds are pre-made. Lounges will not be pre made however linen will be provided.
Please be advised that we strictly enforce a no-noise party policy. Our home is situated in a tranquil neighborhood with permanent residents nearby, therefore, we generally cannot accommodate "hens/bucks" parties or "schoolies" bookings without prior discussions to with the host. Our space is ideally suited for families or friend getaways seeking a peaceful retreat. Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests, with beds pre-made for your convenience. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
