Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, freestanding electric oven/stove, coffee machine (BYO coffee grounds), kettle, toaster, dining, lounge with 2 x 2 seater lounges, tv, dvd, gas heater, wall air-conditioner/heater. Bathroom with corner bath, walk in shower with slight step down, vanity. Rumpus/kids retreat with tv, dvd, 3 single beds, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, outdoor setting - can be taken outside - Please note - the rumpus/kids retreat is in the rear yard and separate from the house but has a covered walkway between. Laundry with top loading washing machine, sink. Separate w/c. Rear yard fully enclosed with outdoor setting, gas BBQ, clothesline.
