Located directly opposite Ettalong Beachfront and foreshore with kids playground, The Box cafe/ restaraunt and only a short distance to town centre, cinemas, weekend markets and ferry services. Master bedroom contains a king bed, walk-in robe and ensuite with shower. Bedroom 2, 3 and 4 each contains a queen bed with built-in robe. * Large open plan living with flat-screen TV, DVD, music system, waterviews * Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with electric cooktop, oven, dishwasher * Reverse cycle aircon with thermostatic control, spacious dining area seats 8 * Balcony overlooking waterfront, outdoor seating, courtyard with BBQ * Street Parking only * Main bathroom with bath, shower, modern fixtures.
