Hi - we are Swell Stays, a holiday home company in the Margaret River Region. We all live with our families in Margaret River and manage houses in the Margaret River region including Prevelly, Gracetown and Hamelin Bay! We love living in Margaret River and wake up everyday feeling like we are 'Living the dream Down South'. We love our region and enjoy getting involved in all that our community has to offer - you will often find us visiting the local Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, drinking coffee at one of our favourite local Cafés (Egberts or White Elephant), joining a Walk Talk Taste Tour of our town's best restaurants & bars, visiting one of our many cellar doors to purchase some local wine or spending a whole day at the beach with the kids! We want our guests to be able to relax and enjoy all our great region has to offer and at Swell Stays we understand the importance of cleanliness and customer service, which in turn creates the perfect holiday experience for our guests. Just a short 600m stroll from the town’s bustling cafes, shops and galleries, this renovated studio gives you the best of both worlds – quiet surroundings with easy access to all the region has to offer. With a shared pool, tennis courts and The River on-site restaurant and bar, it’s the perfect base for couples, small families or friends exploring the Margaret River region. With a queen bed and double sofa bed in the living area, the studio is suitable for up to 4 guests who are happy to share. Marguerite Studio has been thoughtfully renovated to create a light and welcoming retreat. Inside you’ll find a bedroom with queen bed, a sofa bed in the living area, and a convenient kitchenette for simple meals. In the hallway between the bedroom and living area there is a main bathroom with large shower, vanity and toilet.

Margaret River is the perfect place for a break from the rat race. Base yourself within the CBD and you’ll have access to all the region has to offer. From award-winning wineries and restaurants to empty beaches, tall-timber forests, world-class surf breaks and ancient caves. Located just meters back from the main street, you couldn't get a better location for a Margaret River getaway where you want to immerse yourself in the vibe of the Margaret River main street. The property is walking distance to all of the town's main amenities. Once in town, you can easily walk the entire length of the main street, from The tuckshop and Morries bar at one end of town to Swings, La Scarpetta Trattoria and Pizzica at the other. Swell Stays concierge can arrange a taxi/ transfer for you wherever you wish to go will and will happily pick you up from your accommodation.
