Picture you and your family enjoying a beach holiday in the heart of Cape Paterson. Located in the heart of Cape Paterson a short walk from the seasonally patrolled beach and Cape Paterson Surf Life Saving Club. It is also a short stroll to the Cape Playground which boasts half-court Basketball, discovery playground and pickle ball courts. This comfortable beach house has three bedrooms and one bathroom. The first two bedrooms have a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has both a Tri-bunk and a single bed, easily accommodating up to 7 guests. Linen and towels are not included, guests may choose to bring their own or hire from our office. The open plan living area has a kitchen, dining table with seating for six, and comfortable couches with a large television. There is a ceiling fan and wall mounted reverse cycle heating / air conditioning unit. Off the kitchen is a large north facing deck with outdoor dining setting with seating for eight. At the front of the property there is a covered porch area with seating to enjoy the sea breeze.
