The fine print
If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your scheduled arrival date without prior notice to the property, your reservation will be cancelled and the total cost of the accommodation will be charged.

All bedrooms, excluding the studio and mini suites, have a king-size bed that can be split into two single beds.
Every 3 days, your suite will receive an Express Service, where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replenish finished amenities, stack the dishwasher, and empty the rubbish. For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive full service and be thoroughly cleaned, with all linens changed every 7 days.
A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in.
