However, we do provide a complimentary starter pack for your convenience. Even though your apartment is self-contained and self-catering, we do offer the use of a vacuum cleaner which is available from the office. Information to assist with your stay is below. • Facilities And Provisions The apartment is fully furnished. All linen, towels, etc are provided. kitchen facilities include an oven, cook-top, fridge, microwave, utensils, crockery, and dishwasher. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and dryer. A reverse cycle air conditioner/heater is in each unit. Cable TV and wireless Internet is provided free of charge. • Bedding Configuration The default bedding configuration for all one-bedroom units is a Queen bed in the bedroom whereas there is also a sofa-bed in the living that can be made up in some units. (If available and by prior arrangement only) PLEASE NOTE: The nightly accommodation rate includes up to two (2) people and any additional guest stay (including children/adults) is priced AUD 50.00 per person per night. SPACIAL OFFER for infants under 2 years old - AUD 20.00 per person per night.(the extra fee will be required upon your arrival ) • Getting To the Property The apartment is located 17 km from the Gold Coast Airport, and 92 km from Brisbane Airport. You can either take a taxi or a bus/shuttle. A taxi may cost approximately 70-200 depending on time of day and traffic congestion. A shuttle bus will cost approximately 20- 50 per person. A public bus 777/700 takes 30 mins from Gold Coast Airport to Mermaid Park. • Parking – Garage or Street Parking is available in the car-park if you have a car. Free, unrestricted street parking is permitted outside of the yellow lines. One secure space is available in the underground car-park as well as several visitors parking.

A VALID government issued PHOTO ID - drive license/passport is required for check-in as well as a VALID CREDIT CARD. A debit card is not classified as a credit card, and you will need to pay a security deposit to guarantee incidental charges. If the card owner used in an online booking is not the one staying with us, you are required to present clear copies of the front and back of the credit card and a valid government issued PHOTO ID of the card owner. Cash paying guests will need to pay a security bond either via cash or debit card. II. Check-In is from 2PM & Check-Out is 10am Early check in or late check out can be potentially organized subject to availability by request at time of booking and will incur a one-off payment at reception. However, the apartment is generally fully booked, and we need to get access to clean it for arriving guests, so it is not always possible to accommodate these requests. III. If you are to arrive before check-in time, you are welcome to use Mermaid Park View amenities; your bags may be stored at Reception. Please assist us by vacating your apartment on time.
