Cleanliness of the bathrooms and kitchen.
Plenty of room in the lounge area and also to sit outside.
2 bathrooms a must when travelling with other girlfriends.
Good walking areas from the House location.

Fantastic location - very close walking distance to everything in Metung
The Metung Yacht Club (open to public) is a 2 minute walk and Metung Village with Metung Hotel, Cafe Chez Joe and an amazing bakery is a 7 minute walk along the boardwalk. There are tennis courts available for public use and Metung Hot Springs and the Metung Country Club with a public 9 hole golf course, restaurant and bar are a 6 minute drive from the house. Close by wineries, Nicholson and Tambo are open Thursday to Sunday.
