All linen is supplied at this property The property is set in superb landscaped gardens and forest surrounds, close to town and the magnificent beaches of Waratah Bay and Wilsons Prom. Capacity of sleeping 6 in 3 spacious bedrooms and a downstairs sunroom/bedroom. The main has a king-size bed with ensuite and spa bath and the other rooms have queen size beds. This all leads up 1 acre of landscaped and terraced gardens including lawns areas, organic vegetable beds, BBQ facilities and swimming pool. Walking distance to Foster township and a short drive to choice of coastal resorts. This property does not accept schoolies, bucks, hens or other large parties/gatherings, penalties will apply to guests. 20% Deposit automatically taken to secure booking – Final balance due 30 days prior to guest arrival. No refund 30 days prior to original guest check in date – Partial refund eligible if booking is cancelled outside of 30 days from original guest arrival date. Guests are required to complete a booking form and provide licence ID for guests and a credit card details prior to check in.
