The room's been renovated emphasising comfort and being able to accommodate 2 guests. We believe in making it a home away from home. Our guests have included those coming from 45 different countries including students and some locals. The grounds belong to a typical suburban block with a designer garden feel and complete with a vegetable patch and fruit producing trees accessible to our guests. The studio has its own separate & private entrance from the front of the property. The studio is complete with a kitchenette, walk in robe, dining area & separate bathroom/toilet. The nearest bus stop is about a 5 mins walk away. There's plenty of street parking for our guests. We are located in a safe and leafy neighbourhood with plenty of local birdlife, which you will definitely see in spring and summer. The local shops/major shopping centres/golf course/fitness centres are located within 5-10 minutes drive. The studio (including the TV) is wifi enabled and we are connected to the NBN network. You are able to use our deck & treadmill on request. We have a friendly 6 month old groodle puppy who loves to say hello and loves a belly rub! He’s an indoor dog but comes out to play in the grass when he needs to!
