I am available mostly through messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair).

BEDROOMS:
Both of the bedrooms have a queen-sized bed, both topped with fresh linen. The linen is professionally cleaned and pressed after each stay. The bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
I provide complimentary towels, shampoo, toilet paper and body wash.
KITCHEN:
Please make use of the fully-equipped kitchen. It has:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop/oven
- microwave
- plates, glasses, and utensils
- cooking pots and pans
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. The TV has access to local channels as well. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. It's nice and bright during the day due to the natural light flowing in through the sliding glass door.
STUDY NOOK:
A study nook is also offered to this listing. Space where you can work or study. Fitted desk, with drawers and a computer. A dedicated area for your productivity and creativity.
LAUNDRY:
A washing machine and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The parking garage can fit up to 1 car.
