Relax in comfort and style at Monrepos! Relax in front of the wood fire in the living area, or out in the fully fenced gardens which your fur baby will love to explore! Monrepos is a 2 storey home, the generous master suite has a TV, plenty of wardrobe space and a large ensuite with bath! Downstairs you will find the other 2 bedrooms - 1 is a queen and the other has 2 king singles which can be pushed together to make a king sized bed. The main bathroom is nestled between the bedrooms and has a large walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. The open plan living area has new leather couches, R/C aircon, fireplace (BYO wood), Smart TV with Netflix and adjoins the dining area with the Rennai gas heater and seating for 6 plus 3 bar stools at the kitchen bench. The modern kitchen offers all the amenities you would need with electric cooktop and oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge plus there is a coffee plunger if you love your coffee. The laundry offers a front-loading washing machine and dryer. The living areas link to the leafy back yard and BBQ courtyard where you will find the Webber BBQ and outdoor furniture. All in all, this is a wonderful home just waiting for you, your family or friends to enjoy! LINEN: - BYO bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, doona covers, towels, bathmats & tea towels) - Linen hire available by prior arrangement (you can order as an extra when you place a booking) - Doona Sizes: 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 Singles. Monrepos is close to the beach, Golf Course and parklands. Queenscliff is just a 5 minute drive away with all it's shops, restaurants, galleries and the harbour. Point Lonsdale has a lovely front bay beach and a back surf beach, a lively shopping strip with cafes, galleries and the IGA for you to be able to stock up some supplies.
