The original home was built in 1926 on 1800 m2 land that sits on the Esplanade with ground level views of the bay. With additions and renovations 3 years ago we now have 3 suites that are unique to the Mornington Peninsula. All rooms are individually furnished and decorated.Guests love our King Beds . The Eagle and Dolphin have stunning views of Port Phillip Bay.
Mt Martha Villas are located between Mt Martha Village and Mornington with beach access and walking tracks opposite.Our location is very central to
all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.
