A spacious lounge room is replete with a cobalt-blue velour sofa, reading chair and bean bags situated in front of the wall-hung HD TV. Play your favourite tunes on the Apple Homepod, strum some chords on the guitar, pick a board game to play with the family, or browse our collection of novels and settle in with a good book. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you’ll need to cook at home. Prep for dinner or dine casually at the large centre island. Stop in for a morning coffee at Mudgee Corner Store or whip one up yourself using the Nespresso coffee machine. A European laundry in the kitchen cupboard makes it easy to catch up on washing. Sliding glass doors open right up to the spacious outdoor entertaining area and fully-fenced backyard, perfect for those travelling with their furry friend. Fire up the BBQ grill and portable heater to dine al fresco, or sip on a local drop while lounging on the sofas. A backyard cricket set and other toys will keep the kids busy during the day, before cosying up together around the fire pit. The first two bedrooms offer a plush queen bed and vintage touches, while the third is set up for children, with two single beds. The newly renovated bathroom features a sleek glass shower, floating timber vanity, and a toilet. There is plenty of parking in the driveway, while split-system heating and cooling keep the home comfortable no matter the weather. Firewood packs can only supplied to guests from April to September. Please note, firewood can be pre-order and purchased at an additional cost. Please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to arrange for firewood to be provided. If you require cot linen wit towel, it's available for an additional fee of 15AUD. We also offer rollaway bed rentals for a small child, complete with bedding and linen, for 30AUD.
