Hi, my name is Michael. We operate Margaret River Properties, focused on giving each of our guests an amazing experience as they play, relax, and explore our region. Being raised in Dunsborough, I have a love of the ocean in my blood. After being away for study and work, I realised how special this region is, and so once we had the opportunity, we decided to move back home to raise our family, and we have loved it since. After travelling over the years, whether in Paris, Montana or Port Douglas, I wanted to share my love of experiences with other people, so here we are sharing through Airbnb. Perfect for family and friends to get together on any occasion and soak up the atmosphere of one of Western Australia’s best beaches. Simply walk out the drive way 200 meters and you are on the beach! The property has a relaxed feel the moment you walk in and has plenty of space for all to enjoy. The kitchen, dining area and lounge are the focal point of the home boasting a woodfired burner for chilly winter days and evenings and provides access to the spacious balcony that is shaded by the mature trees surrounding the property – a perfect place to spend a lazy afternoon in summer while listening to the ocean and birdlife. The property features 4 bedrooms split on 2 levels that offer 2 x king bedrooms and 2 x bedrooms that provide 2 bunks beds and 2 x single beds. There are 2 bathrooms with showers , one on each floor. There is heaps of space outside to play cricket or tennis on the old court under the supervision from a parent who can offer encouragement from the balcony. 🔥 Fire Use Reminder Please note that our fire pits are available from May to October only. A local fire ban is in effect from November to May, so fire pits are not permitted during this period for safety reasons and in compliance with local regulations.

Eagle bay is an iconic beach & prestigious area to reside with Dunsbourough being only 5 mins drive away. Dunsborough is a popular tourist town in the famous Margaret River wine region. The region boasts many great wineries, restaurants, cafes, arts and crafts and boutique shops. Renowned as one of the worlds best surf locations you will find stunning and pristine beaches with clear aqua waters including breathtaking unspoiled natural scenery with an abundance of wildlife such as whales, dolphins, kangaroos, parrots and cockatoos. The marine life is easily accessed by the numerous safe and protected snorkeling locations close by. There are numerous walking routes including the well known cape to cape trail that are suitable for all abilities. Children will be entertained by the numerous activities in the region including our famous caves!
