The property is located only two doors down from the local cafe and is equi-distant to either Seamans Beach or Hyams Beach. With high ceilings, plenty of natural light, modern comforts, and a near waterfront location with water glimpses, Neptune is a perfect beach house option for a family gathering or a group of friends. Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken. Summer Season 25/26 (19 December to 22 January) 7 night minimums apply for the 3 week blocks below. Access to the beach from Neptune is via Cyrus Street - a 250 metre walk in either direction. There is no access to the beach via Scarborough / the house in front. Where will I be? Neptune is located right in the heart of Hyams. You can walk everywhere and the house is well designed to give adequate privacy, views of Bowen Island and otherr glimpses of Jervis Bay, and secluded indoor / outdoor entertaining options.

Jervis Bay is a large, pristine bay located 3 hours south of Sydney.  It has crystal clear waters all year round and is famous for its stunning beaches, including Hyam Beach, which claims to have the whitest sand in the world!  Currarong, in the north, is a lovely mid-century holiday village with breathtaking headland walks, safe beaches and rock pools.  In the south, you can visit the popular towns of Huskisson, Vincentia and Hyams Beach, or take a drive through Booderee National Park, arguably one of the prettiest parks in Australia!
