Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom beach house retreat, where sun, sand, and relaxation vibes await! This home offers a unique layout with a separate second part of the accommodation. The main area includes cozy bedrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The second section features a lounge, laundry, second bathroom, dining area, BBQ, and alfresco space just 12 steps away. Relax after beach days in the second part of the house where a great shower room is located.

Beach Access: Only a short drive or a leisurely bike ride will take you to the stunning Ocean Grove Beach, where you can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, or taking long walks along the shore. The beach is family-friendly and features picnic areas for a day out in the sun. Beach Suggestions: The closest beach access is W8 - cnr Alderbaran Rd and Ocean throughway or W10 is also easy walking distance. It's an off-lead dog beach up to 13 W. It's a fabulous but unpatrolled swimming spot.
