I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun! Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a fee. You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair).

BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen-sized and king-sized beds topped with fresh linen. The linen is professionally cleaned and pressed after each stay. Also, the bedroom has a lot of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: I will provide complimentary towels, toilet paper and body wash. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen whenever you're craving for home-cooked meals and has: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - dishwasher - plates, glasses, and utensils - cooking pots and pans - We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a TV that you can use. It has access to all local TV channels LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. REMINDERS: 1. Be extra careful as areas may be wet, hoses and ladders and equipment may be in various locations on the property. 2. Close all exterior windows & Doors 3. Refrain from hanging out washing. • Balconies/Verandas cannot be used. COMMON AREA: Note that common building areas may be closed without prior notice. Please refer to the updated guidelines and announcements in the premises at the time of your arrival. PARKING: The parking garage can fit up to 2 cars.
