North Haven's furnishings have been updated recently to include a new enlarged dining room space and outdoor deck. New split system air conditioning units have been installed in the lounge/dining room and an additional 2 bunk bedrooms for guests have added comfort in the summer for up to 8 guests or 2 families to enjoy. Enjoy a BBQ on the covered deck, equipped with outdoor furniture and a fire pit. Mt Martha is known for abundant, colourful bird life, which inhabit this leafy area. North Haven is located at the end of a no through road and is fully fenced so privacy and peace are assured. The property is equipped with an indoor fireplace, wireless internet, 2 living rooms and one master ensuite.
