The Location - The property is situated on the edge of Tomaree National Park. From the back yard there is private access to National Park walking trails, turn left and the track takes you to Box Beach (9 min walk), Wreck Beach, Stephens Peak, Shoal Bay Shopping Village/Cafe's (20 min walk), Shoal Bay Beach and also Tomaree Mountain. There are three carpeted bedrooms upstairs, all with ceiling fans. Please note that paralysis ticks are present in the Port Stephens area and protection for your pet is important - please speak to your vet. A strict maximum of six guests is enforced. This property has a policy of no gatherings or parties. Please be mindful of neighbours. Due to the shared driveway and narrower approach, the property is not suitable for trailers and boats. Linen packs and bed makes are provided for this property. Three night minimum stay. There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.
