Situated in Surf Beach is this fantastic double-story holiday home with a lovely water view outlook and located in a very convenient location. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living area, there is enough room for the entire family. This modern home includes two levels and a large outdoor area. The nearest beach and other great amenities are only a few minutes away. There are parks nearby, perfect to have a picnic or take your little ones for play. The upper level comprises the well-appointed kitchen that offers a cooktop, oven, and dishwasher. Also on the upper level is the living/dining room and the master bedroom with a spacious walk-in robe and ensuite. The lower level offers 2 bedrooms, a family bathroom, and another living area with a TV.
